  • Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card number on our servers.
  • Usage data: your questions, chat history, and interactions with our AI advisor, which are stored to provide continuity of service.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage analytics collected automatically when you use the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, personalise, and improve our AI-powered readings and services.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription or credit balance.
  • Send transactional emails such as account confirmation, billing receipts, and subscription reminders.
  • Respond to your support requests and communications.
  • Monitor platform performance and prevent abuse or fraud.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — user authentication and database storage.
  • OpenAI — AI-generated readings and responses. Your inputs may be processed by OpenAI's systems in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel — platform hosting and deployment.

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records which may be retained for up to 7 years for accounting purposes).

  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
